Short version: the tools are free, some recommendations are partner links, and partners never change what a check says.
Partner links on LeadLamp are shown in purple, open in a new tab, and partner boxes are marked Sponsored. They go to tools we recommend through affiliate programmes. If you sign up or buy through one of them, the company may pay us a commission. You pay the same price.
We only recommend a tool when it fixes a problem our checkers find, such as a failing SPF check, and we say why in plain words. If a tool stops being a good choice, we take it down, whether it pays us or not.
Partner links carry a “sponsored” label for search engines, as Google asks. If anything on this page is unclear, the about page explains how LeadLamp works.
