Inbox provider
Done-for-you Google and Microsoft inboxes for cold email. What is included, what it costs and how it compares with buying inboxes yourself.
Prices from each company’s own pricing page in October 2026, billed monthly. Annual plans cost less. Prices change, so check before you buy.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes set up for cold email. You bring your own domains; they create the inboxes, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC by hand, start warm-up, and upload the inboxes into your sending tool, such as Instantly or Smartlead. Replacement inboxes are included if one stops working.
| Inboxes | Price per inbox a month |
|---|---|
| 1 to 249 | $3.50 |
| 250 to 1,249 | $3.00 |
| 1,250 or more | $2.80 |
Monthly billing; annual billing is advertised at 20% less. Domains are not included.
| 17 inboxes (500 emails a day) | A month |
|---|---|
| Premium Inboxes | $59.50 |
| Google Workspace Business Starter, annual | $119 |
| Microsoft 365 Business Basic, annual | $119 |
Buying inboxes directly from Google or Microsoft costs about twice as much, and you do the DNS setup and uploading yourself. The cold email calculator compares the options for your volume.
Once your inboxes are live, run each sending domain through the full domain scan to confirm SPF, DKIM and DMARC all pass.
